About Our Services

NGNLearning is in the business of providing online educational classes to K-12 students in various subjects. Our services allow users to buy courses and conduct live 1:1 classes with tutors. Our online platform allows users to access our property courses and contents via.  dashboard.  NGNLearning.com also mails certificates or relevant badges based on personal data given by end-users.

You agree to our Privacy Policy and any of the services provided by us. You agreed that we will be amending our Privacy Policy frequently. You visited our website, you agreed to our Privacy Policy terms and conditions. Should you not agree with our Privacy Policy, exit immediately from our website.

General Registration Rules

You need to be at least 18years old to register for and use the Service. Anyone under 18 years old who wishes to use our services must HAVE A PARENT OR A LEGAL GUARDIAN to complete the registration processes

• Information you have provided about yourself, your child’s name, age, grade, email address, phone number, home address that we may ask while registering or purchasing our services from our website and/or mobile application.
• Should you choose to sign up with Google or Facebook or any third party, we will collect additional information as per our agreement with you and third-party service providers.
• Once students are enrolled into our programs, in line with the COPPA, students will only be able to access our services based on parental consent. Minors (under 13 years)  are not allowed to register on their own.
• Payment and credit card information: Your financial data to purchase our services will be directed to the payment gateway/payment processing partners where information will be collected like credit/debit card number, full address, login to payment partner’s website. NGNSoft Inc. does not collect your credit/debit card information. We collect your purchase information necessary to produce invoice like full name, full address, currency, and coupon code applied.
• We will collect your online identifiers like IP address, device, and logs.
• We will record Live 1:1 classes based on our needs and training purposes.
• If you are a tutor or NGN counselor, we will collect information about your academic accreditation, personal information as suggested here, and other demographic information. We may do background checks based on information provided by you.
• Shared information and content: Since our services allow students to interact with NGN Counsellors and share content like quizzes, reviews, worksheets, and class performance, it is understandable that shared information will be posted/viewed in public and social media or other platforms.
• During classes, we will collect information on your performance, courses you have chosen, attendance, messages, and other information related to course requirements.  We will record and save messages, communication logs, chat, audio, and video messages.
• Information given to you by other services providers: We will collect data from third parties while you access your login information or if you are connected to NGNLearning social media accounts. We will ask your permission to access information, should you decide to use third-party services to login and/publish NGNLearning information/content. We may collect your account ID, login email, location, photo, geographic location, the physical location of your devices, date of birth, and friends and connections or contacts. All your data collected through third-party services will be subject to NGNLearning Policies.

Use of Your Personal Information

• Most of the time, we use your given data to identify, verify and provide services that you have subscribed to. 
• During class conduct, given data is used to identify correctly.
• Communicate with you about your class performance.

• Performance internal audit to check the performance of our tutors and counselors.
