At NGN, resources you purchase are delivered electronically. Unlike a t-shirt or a book, you can’t (really) return a PDF, Word document, or other file once you’ve downloaded it. For that reason, all sales on NGN of digital resources are considered final and nonrefundable.

We get though that things don’t always go as planned, so we offer refunds in a few limited circumstances. If your purchase falls into one of the exceptions listed below, you may be eligible for a refund.

Refund requests must be submitted within one year of your purchase and are granted on a case-by-case basis.

Compromised Resource File- A resource file is damaged or is missing content. Example: A thumbnail or preview is uploaded instead of the resource itself.

Misrepresentation- A resource preview and/or description misrepresents what is actually contained in the resource. (Requests are subject to NGN review.)
Example: A product description states there are 50 multiple choice questions in a resource but instead there are 50 true or false questions.

Technical Limitations— You are unable to access a resource because the technical requirements aren’t included in the resource description.
Example: A resource is a Notebook file but this is not listed anywhere on the product page.

Duplicate Purchase— You purchase the same resource twice.
Example: You purchase a resource contained in a specific bundle and then later purchase that bundle within one year of the original purchase.

File Download Status— You purchased a resource but never downloaded the file from your “My Purchases” page. (Verified by NGN).
Example: You purchased a third grade resource over the summer (that you did not download) and find out you are teaching second grade next year.

If your purchase meets these guidelines, you can submit a refund request here. As part of your request, be sure to include the resource name, your concerns about the resource, and any specific examples or details you might have. Screenshots welcome!

FAQ For All Children

Our platform focuses on preventive mental healthcare for children and teens, emphasizing Social, Emotional, Ethical, and Logical Learning (SEEL).

SEEL is adapted from SEL, established in Western countries for over 50 years and forms the basis of our offerings.
South Asian countries, like India, recognize the significance of integrating SEL into the core curriculum, aligning with educational policies like NEP 2020 and NFC 2023.
Our SEEL program is suitable for children aged 5 to 17 years.

SEEL equips children with essential emotional skills, helping them manage issues like anger, sadness, frustration, and anxiety, even if they appear “normal.”

Just as mastering basic math is essential before tackling advanced calculus, early emotional resilience and mental fitness are vital for coping with life’s challenges and changes.
Parents actively participate through regular Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) held every month.
We offer flexible options, including quarterly, semi-annual, and annual plans, to cater to parents’ preferences and their children’s needs.
The initial fee acknowledges the expertise of our counselors, who hold Master’s (MS) and Doctorate (PhD) degrees. Your child will receive a personalized SEEL assessment report in the first session.
These reports provide valuable insights into your child’s emotional well-being, helping us tailor the program to their specific needs.
NGN Learning operates under NGN Soft Inc. in the USA and Sanjeev Tanna Education Private Limited (STEPL) in India.
Our team consists of early childhood experts and clinical psychologists, ensuring the highest level of care for your child.
Yes, our SEEL programs are conducted virtually and have been proven to be highly effective.
Our focus on preventive mental healthcare and SEEL sets us apart, as we believe in equipping children with lifelong emotional skills.
Absolutely, our SEEL program is designed to be inclusive and caters to both mainstream and special needs children.
We have robust measures to protect your child’s privacy and data security during all virtual interactions.
The primary goal of SEEL is to help children develop the emotional strength to face life’s challenges, problems, conflicts, and changes effectively.
You can enroll your child by visiting our website and following the enrollment instructions.
While individual results may vary, many parents have reported significant improvements in their child’s emotional well-being, behavior, and ability to cope with various life situations after participating in our SEEL program.
