At NGN Learning, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products, workshops, and online classes. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below:
Digital Products
- All sales of digital products like worksheets, bundles, self-paced learning material are final.
- Once a digital product is purchased and the download link is accessed, no refunds will be provided.
- If you encounter any technical issues with accessing the digital product, please contact our support team at (email) for assistance.
Workshops and Virtual Classes
- Refund requests for workshops and online classes must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.
- If you are unable to attend a workshop or online class, you may request a refund, and it will be processed based on the following conditions:
- Full Refund: If the refund request is made at least 7 days before the scheduled start date.
- Partial Refund: If the request is made less than 7 days before the scheduled start date, a partial refund may be issued, considering administrative and processing costs.
- No Refund: Refund requests made after the workshop or class has started will not be honored.
Cancellation by NGN Learning
- NGN Learning reserves the right to cancel workshops or online classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund.
